How long does delivery take?

The posters are usually delivered within 6-10 working days. You will be informed by us as soon as your poster has been printed and sent.

I'm not on Strava, can I still print a poster?

Currently we only support data upload via Strava. Many providers (Garmin, Polar, etc.) offer the option of automatically synchronize your data with Strava. Do you have other platforms from which you would like to upload data? Let us know here

Is it possible to return goods?

Since the goods are personalized posters, returns are unfortunately not possible. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the poster, please contact us and we will take a look at it together.

Can I create a poster using someone else's data (as a gift)?

Access is only possible to personal Strava data. However, we will soon be offering gift vouchers, which allow you to give away a poster to your friends.

Which of my data is stored?

We only store data that is required for the poster creation. You can find details in our terms and conditions .
